Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on 88bd9. This requirement is strictly enforced. By completing the registration process, you confirm under your own declaration that you are aged 18 or above. 88bd9 reserves the right to request National Identity Card (NID) verification or any other government-issued proof of age at any point during your account lifetime. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with 88bd9's underage account procedures.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the 88bd9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Accurate Registration Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your NID), date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number linked to your primary payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). 88bd9 is not liable for any losses arising from your provision of inaccurate registration information.

Geographic Access. The 88bd9 Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for determining whether their access is lawful. 88bd9 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Not Acting on Behalf of Others. By registering, you confirm that you are playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You may not hold or operate an Account as an agent, trustee, or nominee of another person. Any winnings generated through an Account are owned by and payable only to the registered Account holder.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 88bd9 wallet instantly in normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfer methods may vary. 88bd9 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network, or banking institution.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). 88bd9 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.

Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you have the legal right to use for gaming purposes. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. 88bd9 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into the source of funds deposited on the Platform.

Same-Method Withdrawal. As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. If your deposit method is no longer available, 88bd9 may request alternative payment details subject to identity verification. 88bd9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

No Money Laundering. The 88bd9 Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other financial crime. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime will be suspended immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities. Any balance held in such an account will be frozen pending investigation.

4. Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 88bd9's system will complete the round according to the last recorded game state. Where this is technically impossible, 88bd9 will credit the player's account with the amount of the disconnected bet. Any dispute regarding a disconnection outcome must be raised with customer support within 48 hours of the affected session.

5. Prohibited Software. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited. 88bd9 employs active detection systems to identify the use of prohibited software and will suspend any account found to be using such tools.
6. Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are final upon confirmation. In sports betting markets, bets accepted before an event is abandoned or postponed will be settled according to the sportsbook rules applicable to that market.
7. Maximum Payout. 88bd9 operates a maximum payout limit per player per day. The applicable limit is displayed in the Platform's payments policy section. Any winnings that exceed the maximum daily payout limit will be paid out across consecutive business days until the full amount is settled.
8. Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or display error that results in an incorrect outcome or incorrect odds being displayed, 88bd9 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. 88bd9 is not obligated to honour winnings generated as a result of a technical error.

1. Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a false identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
4. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or prohibited software to interact with the Platform in any way.
6. Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not have occurred in normal operating conditions.

7. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or betting markets.
8. Using the Platform while self-excluded, including by registering a new Account during an active self-exclusion period.
9. Impersonating 88bd9 staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication.
10. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on the Platform's technical infrastructure.
11. Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or account balance to any third party.
12. Participating in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of welcome offers, reload bonuses, or free spin promotions across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. 88bd9 operates its platform for and directed at players in Bangladesh. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming transaction shall be addressed first through 88bd9's internal dispute resolution process described below.

Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English version is the authoritative and binding version. Any translation provided for convenience purposes only does not override or supersede the English original.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with 88bd9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual promotion terms, and the Sportsbook Rules (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and 88bd9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
